10. Scheduling, Weather, and Force Majeure
Exterior painting in Milwaukee depends on seasonal weather conditions. We typically schedule exterior work from April through October and track forecasts closely.
Milwaukee Paint Pros is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Bad weather, including rain, snow, extreme heat, or cold
- Supply chain interruptions
- Labor shortages
- Events outside our reasonable control
If schedules change, we will communicate updates promptly and make reasonable efforts to reschedule as soon as possible.
11. Warranty and Guarantee
Milwaukee Paint Pros provides a workmanship warranty on completed painting projects. The exact warranty period and coverage are outlined in your signed service agreement.
Warranty coverage does not include:

- More than 7 days before scheduled start: Full refund of deposit.
- 3–7 days before scheduled start: Deposit refund minus a cancellation fee.
- Less than 3 days before scheduled start: Deposit is non-refundable.
Your service agreement may include additional or different cancellation terms.
